Introduction

Anthony Poon (b. 21 April 1945, Singapore - d. 2 September 2006, Singapore), an abstract artist and sculptor, is widely cited as a second-generation artist. He is best known for his "Wave series" and wave-relief paintings which he developed. He was probably the most commissioned artist of his generation, with innumerable works in both private and public collections.

This Resource Guide serves as a guide to help you locate resources on Anthony Poon available at the National Library Singapore as well as the following organisations: LASALLE College of the Arts (LaSalle), Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), National Arts Council (NAC), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Arts Museum (SAM) and private collections.

For titles available at NLB libraries, you can search for them on our catalogue. The catalogue is available at all libraries and on the National Library Singapore website (http://www.nl.sg)
